Meet Our Web Manager!
Stephanie Moran
Stephanie is the web designer and manager for the Fort Worth Gem and Mineral Club.
She was a member of FWGMC from 2009 - 2011 and remained the Newsletter Editor until May of 2012. She has been the website manager since 2009.
Her favorite gem is the fire opal. She collects "sparkly" gems from all over and puts them in her rock garden at home.
When she's not helping to maintain the FWGMC web site, she is involved in other hobbies and volunteer efforts ranging
from other non-profit organizations, crafting hobbies of various sorts, game nights that include a variety of board games,
but she also has a great love of video games, computer games, & app games. She is very happily married for more than 20 years to her best friend, James, and they go on all of their adventures, side by side. She is a mother (& step-mother) of four, all of whom are wonderful adults now and one of them is currently in the US Navy.
She is also a grandmother to a sweet little girl, and adores her family very much, as family is extremely important to Stephanie. She also enjoys
hanging out in her garden, caring for her critters (cats, bunnies and fish!), and relaxing from years of
dedicating her time as a mother who homeschooled her kids and wore many hats in the work world.
